Koracao.com Refund & Exchange Policy

At Koracao, we care about our customers’ satisfaction and safety. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of food products, even if they are unopened. Returned items cannot be resold, so we do not provide return labels or ask customers to send products back.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • If a customer is not completely happy with their order, ordered the wrong product, changed their mind, or has any other reason for dissatisfaction within 30 days of receiving the product, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange—no need to return the item.

  • Customers are welcome to enjoy the product or dispose of it as they wish; returning it is not required.

  • No return labels will be provided since we do not accept product returns.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available for first-time subscription orders within the first 30 days of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Customers must contact our support team at support@koracao.com within 30 days of receiving their order to initiate a refund request.

  • The customer is responsible for returning the product at their own expense. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • No refunds will be issued for any subscription renewals or subsequent monthly charges beyond the first month.

  • Refunds will not be granted for opened or used products.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for dissatisfaction based on taste or personal preference.

  • Any refund request submitted after the initial 30-day period will not be considered.

How to Request a Refund

  2. If eligible, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Ship the product back in its original, unopened condition.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
