Shipping policy
Koracao Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Domestic Orders:
Delivery typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your state. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow your delivery.
Canada and International:
For international deliveries outside of United States, customs or import charges will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs
If you need your order sooner, we also offer
express 2-day delivery via FedEx or DHL, depending on your location.
